Mindful Vinyasa

 

My Mindful Vinyasa classes are moderately paced “flow” classes (classes that include dynamic, breath-initiated movement within and between postures) that includes anatomy awareness and alignment instruction to help students feel the body more clearly and deepen their internal focus. Join me in exploring movement as an opportunity to practice mindfulness in action. Connect to the deeper sense of well-being that arises out of embodied presence. All levels are welcome and recordings of virtual classes are available through my-at home and in-studio platforms to view afterwards if you can’t make it live.

Therapeutic Individual Privates & Private Corporate Classes

Offer a wellness service to your employees or work privately with me to get one-on-one instruction, specific to your needs. Private instruction can be more of a conversation than group instruction. A conversation with your body’s specific needs/injuries or what you’re going through mentally/emotionally and how the psycho-spiritual aspects of the yoga tradition apply to finding ease, both on and off of the mat.

  • One-on-one private (virtual, in home or in studio): $100

  • Corporate or Private Group (virtual or on location): $150
